Our Cardboard Kitchen

Can you see it? I admit, it's tough. You have to have a bit of an imagination. Well, maybe bigger than that. It's our future kitchen. In cardboard form. It brings me back to the days of playing house where we could move the furniture and appliances around on a whim. After playing around with it for a bit, we decided on a plan. Brice and I met with the health inspector this morning and we are excited to move forward.

We already have a stainless steel triple sink that was donated to us. We have a freezer and and ice machine that Brice will hopefully be able to fix. We were thrilled to learn that we can use residential ovens and not have to purchase commercial grade. We will be serving pastries and other delightful baked goods.

Next step, permitting. So far, everything has gone very well. Please pray with us that we can keep going without any obstacles.
